Great prompts kept getting lost. You write something that works — a careful refactoring instruction in Claude Code, a research prompt in ChatGPT, a design brief in Gemini — and a week later it's buried in scrollback across a dozen tools. You remember it was good. You just can't find it.
So we built the missing memory layer. PromptCase quietly saves the prompts youwrite, wherever you write them, into one searchable place. That's it. That's the product.
Three rules we won't break
Each one maps to how PromptCase actually behaves — not to a slogan.
Your words, only yours
We capture what you write — never AI responses, system prompts, or tool output. That rule is enforced in the capture code itself, on every source.
Privacy is the default
When capture logic isn't sure something is your prompt, it drops it. Missing a prompt is a bug; storing something that isn't yours is a worse one. And we never sell your data.
Tools should disappear
Set up once, then forget it exists. Capture runs in the background while you work — no button to press, no habit to build, no tab to keep open.
