What counts as a prompt?
A prompt is a message you write and send on a supported site or in the Claude Code CLI that PromptCase captures. Only your own words count toward your plan's visible window — AI responses, system prompts, and tool output are never captured, stored, or counted.
What happens when I pass my plan's prompt limit?
Capture never stops — every new prompt is always saved. Once you pass your plan's number of prompts, your older prompts are hidden — still safely stored, just not shown — while your newest prompts stay visible. Upgrade any time to unlock your full history instantly. Nothing is ever deleted.
Can I cancel?
Yes — cancel anytime from your account settings, no questions asked. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. The Free plan is free forever, so your library stays either way.
Are taxes included? Which currency?
All prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST. Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — the amount you see is the total you pay, with no extra fees added at checkout.
Do you store AI responses?
Never. PromptCase captures only the prompt text you author. AI responses, system prompts, and tool output are excluded by design — when in doubt, our capture logic drops the text rather than storing it.
